Selected as a finalist for an unrealized competition, this proposal imagined a sustainable mixed use neighborhood where homes for seniors and extended families are interwoven with community gardens, shared open spaces, and local employment, shaping a suburban site into a connected and resilient place to live. The residential units were thoughtfully designed to accommodate multigenerational living and support aging in place. This approach created a sustainable and inclusive environment, enhancing both individual and community well-being.
