Serving as consulting design architect for this new movie studio, we refined a campus master plan after the owners visited our Rivers Marie project and were drawn to its rural modern character. That inspiration guided the elevation studies, material exploration, and façade design, shaping a cohesive and buildable architectural identity for their new film studio campus. While the full conceptual vision ultimately exceeded the project budget, the studio was built with a more modest aesthetic and is now thriving as Electric Owl Studios.
